Ancestry Java Software Engineer interview questions

I applied online. First, had a conversation with the recruiter. A week later, had a technical phone interview. The interviewer asked very simple questions and I felt that he wasn't much interested. I followed up a week later but didn't get a reply. Then after another week, another recruiter and the person who took my technical phone interview reached out through mail. They asked if I'm still interested in the position so that they can arrange an onsite interview? I replied yes. After that, no response from them. Then three weeks later, got a standard rejection mail. Found the whole interview process quite broken and without any coordination.
