I went through an exhausting and highly unprofessional interview process over the span of 13 months, with a total of *10 rounds of interviews* across various levels of management.
After the first *5 rounds*, I was told they would extend an offer and even requested my salary details. However, a few days later, when I followed up, they informed me that hiring was on hold.
Six months later, an HR rep reached out again to see if I was still interested, saying they were reopening the requisition. I agreed and met with a marketing person from China. After that—radio silence.
Then, *4 months later, HR contacted me *again stating the role was open and requested my salary details again. This time, I had to go through *4 more rounds* of interviews, including with some of the same people I'd already spoken to. During one of these rounds, they casually mentioned that the job description had changed but refused to share the updated details when I asked.
A few weeks later, after following up, they told me they were now looking for someone for a *junior role*.
Overall, this was a colossal waste of my time. It’s one thing to be thorough, but this was unprofessional and disorganized. I would caution anyone thinking about engaging with this company's hiring process.
• Extremely prolonged and disorganized process
• Poor communication
• Lack of transparency
• No respect for candidates' time
