I applied online. I interviewed at Amplify in Apr 2023
Interview
Interviewed through Google Meets. Shared my screen to present the 3 slides that they provided, using their script. While I presented they stopped me at one point and asked a question, similar to how an audience member would ask. After the presentation They asked me 4 interview questions and then I asked some questions at the end.

Question 1
1. During the slides presentation - paused at one point and they asked so why would a student not just read about the topic instead and why go through first exploring the topic first. 2. How do you handle constructive feedback and tell me a time when you have. 3. Tell me about a technology that you learned (used in the classroom) and how did it go for you? 4. What if you are training at a school and a teacher expresses that you don't like the curriculum and why would it be better, how would you handle that? 5. As a facilitator what is something that indicates to you that the participant is satisfied with the training?
A straightforward and linear interview process. The guidelines and expectations were clearly stated, and the process did not take long. I appreciated the flexibility of my interviewer, and the task I was asked to complete seemed in line with job responsibilities.

Question 1
My teaching experience, because this role only is offered to current or former teachers.
It was an easy process and an enjoyable interview process. I had a great experience from applying to getting accepted. I don't remember who interviewed me but I remember she was really personable and made it seem like more of a conversation together.
Super easy and quick if you know what you’re doing and have experience presenting. The interviewer asked good questions and was kind and honest. Overall it was a good experience.
