Currently I am 3 days past the interview, and im beginning my classes, next week I will begin training.
I made sure to get a referral from a friend in the company, who referred me. If you can get a in company referral, then you skip 2/5 interviews. They invest alot (to the tune of about $34,000) into each employee to the process is very rigorous. Its not a scam, BBB certified, its trading on the stock market at a extremely healthy $80+, etc. First off the first 2 interviews are phone interviews, I skipped those so no comment. 3rd interview is a quasi interview. all the candidates gather in a room and are given a mass briefing about the company. After that you sit down and talk one on one with a manager, they answer any questions, then say they will call you later to schedule the next interview if they like you. I suggest trying to stay calm and be extremely honest. My 4th interview was the next morning so i went into that. my 4th and 5th were combined. I talked with a different office manager, she really liked me and said she would vouch for me to the manager above her. she went and told him about me and about 5 minutes later im sitting with the head honcho of that office. his job was to figure out why I shouldn't be hired. Again, stay calm and think about it as if you were talking to a random family about life insurance. calm and cool. He was pretty excited about me because im all for anything, travel, extra stuff. anything you got throw it at me is my attitude. he hired me on the spot and here I am! Everyone was clean, professional and just pretty awesome. I didn't even expect to get hired so it was a pretty awesome turn of events!
