3 rounds 2 behavioral 1 technical majorly focus on team work and team player. also look at community work and other experience. each round acts as a qualifier. the first round is with HR secons technical round and third is with the director of the business function
Very simple and straight forward. The interviewer was kind enough to allot time to think and helped me navigate my answers. They really just want to know how you think and how solution oriented you are,

When HR reached out to me I had clearly informed her of my expectation and the lowest figure I'll join at. The process had just 1 round with the hiring manager. I cleared that, then came in the sleezy HR bas**rd. They offered me Rs.100k less than my last ctc. When I told her that we already had a discussion on this, she literally said, "You don't deserve that much." That newbie with <1 yr exp was telling me my worth.
