After filling out the application I had an interview with the manager. He was very personable, professional and straight forward. I felt very at ease and that it was more of a conversation. He provided good information and the questions I had were answered in a straight-forward manner.

Conference room meeting with Manager to discuss opprtunity and explain position and all the requirements for the position. Asked about strengths and weeknesses, how to overcome difficult situations and handle hostile ones.
