Pretty straight forward but very lengthy and time taking process. It can take upto 2 months before you get hired not so easy to crack as well very technical staff.

I was brought into a room with my future co-workers who took turns asking me technical questions related to the job. I got a feeling for each of their personalities based off of how they asked the follow up questions and the back and forth that took place. It was very low pressure.
