Was a panel of employees, asking me about scenarios and having to answer them in the STAR format. Was important to communicate in the STAR method. Important to do background research into Amazon and the operations process.

Difficult but rewarding interview process. The interview process took a few weeks. It starts with an online application and assessment, then ends with an in-person interview session, which lasted about 4 hours.
Initial would be a normal test online after you have applied. Final round is 3×45 minutes virtual video panel interview. Learn amazons leadership principle and have varietys of example from your previous job or academics.
