I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Sept 2015
Interview
Pretty poor experience and a complete waste of both my time and the interviewers
I was interviewing for a non-coding role and had stated several times that it has been many many years since I wrote code for a living, yet the entire interview was devoted to abstract technical questions that 1) I wasn't prepared for b/c I was not preparing for a deep technical interview and 2) who on earth memorizes the answers to questions like that?
This reminds me of the time I interviewed with Google and was asked my opinion on the Fibonnaci sequence, completely nonsense questions that have no relation to the role I was interviewing for.

Applied, Recruiter Screen then nothing. Not sure when I'll get a call back. The process seems super complicated. Will apply again now that I know what they are looking for.
HR Screening was scheduled. Then 1 technical screening phone interview was scheduled, followed by two Behavioral interviews, followed by two System design interviews, followed by 1 bar raiser interview. Lastly there was an offer.
