It was very easy. I completed an assessment then had two back-to-back interviews and heard back fairly quickly. Ended up getting waitlisted. and then rejected. I would recommend applying for those who have nothing else to do, and apply early.

during the entire process there was about 2 to 3 people that I interviewed with, focus on understanding importance of working with associates and psychological safety. not too in-depth on specific concepts but rather more behavioral.

Primeramente tuve que pasar unas pruebas de inglés ante de llegar a la entrevista que fue larga ya que dura en total más de dos horas (en mi caso fue online) pero te proporcionan desde el principio las herramientas necesarias para completarla con éxito.
Total 2 rounds of interview in one day. Mostly behavioral questions such as 'what are you gonna do if...' super simple questions. Honestly didn't even need to prepare and finished early.
