Very rigorous. 4 Rounds of grilling. Need to be intuitive & experimental. They look for creative candidates. Rounds are difficult they expect us to have good job knowledge.
It was good. Although I was not hired. But the entire process was smooth. The recruiter was a little ignorant didn't gave full information about the upcoming steps. They didn't even inform about the hiring

Interview
The interview process was very concise and had 4 rounds where different set of leadership principles were tested across my previous roles and experience. The Hiring Managers were very specific regarding the questions they asked were related to the role & the day to day responsibilities.
