I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Amazon (Boston, MA) in Jan 2020
Interview
One round of 4 back2back interviews with operations managers that went through the pathways program. All very nice and kind, the interview is just to get a sense of your fit with Amazon´s culture by sharing your experiences. I think it was very important to prepare your stories based on their principles.

Interviews are based on Amazon Leadership principles. Interview process went very smoothly with mostly focusing on my previous experience. They expect the answers in STAR format. Also, some other behavioral questions are also asked. Since I joined as an intern there were only two rounds of interviews.
