Interview
Rather short and to the point. First they contacted me by phone and we chatted. Then they put me on a list to be called back. I got an appointment to come in for an interview. It appeared that they were very interested in me.

What kind of books do you read and how did you like them?
Why should we hire you? How did you hear about this company?
What are your favorite pastimes?
Ghosted me after the interview, and they did not notify me I was no longer under consideration. I manually had to check the job portal to verify job application status after a virtual assessment and interview.
The interview process is very robust. You speak with many different people but they moved quickly. Some questions are out of the box and some are straightforward. Overall it was a good experience.

Proceso largo y tedioso, tanto preguntas teoricas como de resolución de problemas. 3 diferntes niveles, Primero un examen, despues videoentrevista y la ultima rueda de entrevistas. Menos la ultima ronda el resto realizadas por externos a la empresa.
