HR interview, no accounting related questions. Mostly qualitative. Second interview is technical but I didn’t reach that level. I would recommend all candidates are tested on both qualitative and technical so best candidates are selected.

Interview
Brief phone call with HR followed by an interview with 2 hiring managers.
HR asked about my CV and my experience, the hiring managers focused more on the role itself and asked for specific examples of situations based on prior experiences.
Easy interview process, there was a screening interview and a panel interview of four people. It wasn’t hard as they only asked pretty basic accounting questions. Most of the questions were about culture fit.
It was about an hour long. It was a hard interview, lots of tough technical accounting questions. I wasn't really prepared and the interviewer didn't seem to want to go easy on me.
