I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSense (London, England) in Nov 2023
Interview
An efficient but Lengthy proccess, ~5 stages. I must say this was a very pleasant candidate experience, Sophie, the lead recruiter for this position did an excellent job in trying to bring the process forward to be inline with the other offers I had on the table. Even to the extent of bringing a VP onto a call the next morning. AlphaSense was a serious contender for me, but the the next steps in the process (case study and presentation) needed too much time to prepare for and something I didn't want to rush. This may be a case of process getting in the way of hiring talent.
