Recruiting Company that focuses on finding you as a job seeker the right fit for their client. The initial contact is a phone conversation with a recruiting manager, then you meet in person (this was Feb 2020). Mostly, this is about you, your skills in general and your job requirements. Only, if there are matching jobs, will you find out the name of the client. They help you fix up your resume as well, then market you to the client, and get you an interview if they like your resume. That is the interview that counts and can be challenging based on the client.
