Overdone - too much process with little value. Interviews were very easy. Assessments were unnecessary for a partner level. If someone is at the partner level, they shouldn't be assessed on inductive and deductive. They don't test how well you perform, just how well you do on standards test. That creates an environment of too many similar thinkers with little creativity.
