Very unprofessional and passive aggressive Human Resources. There is no diversity at this place. I would avoid this place at all costs ! They want you to work weekends which is incredible at the measly pay they offer. I would never work for them.

The process starts with a telephone interview. The candidate has an opportunity to ask questions to learn more before progressing to an interview with the Owner/CEO. The interview with the CEO who is the person who can offer you employment.
