Hey it's Vlad here. I'm very sorry that you had a bad experience interviewing with me. I messed this one up. This was from about a year ago, and at the time I did step away from the business for ~2 weeks to take a mental health break. I know a few people didn't get follow-ups within the timeframe I promised. We've since implemented systems to make sure candidates get answers within the time window, so it's much harder for us to drop the ball like this. We do actually ask the following two questions: * What accomplishment are you most proud of? * What's the hardest thing you've ever done? We don't ask the other two.
