I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aflac (Easton, MA) in Nov 2015
Interview
Group interview. Current Regional Director of Sales asked for resumes. Each person had to give a brief history and state what they were looking for in their next job. The Agent gave his job history and an overview of the company and the responsibilities of a Sales Agent. He informed us that he would follow up with us individually and possibly offer us a second interview. I don't know if i received a second interview at this time (but Glassdoor is making put something in the outcome section).

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Aflac (Foxboro, MA) in May 2021
Interview
It was really a terrible bait and switch to go in for a group interview. There was not much information given regarding pay and benefits if any. It mostly appeared that it would be entirely based on individual sales. The recruiter pressured pretty hard despite the set up of the interview.

Interview
The interview process was really easy. Some people are put on the fast track and provided with study materials which AFLAC pays for however you pay for the cost of the insurance exam.
