Group interview at first. One of three people being interviewed by an Aflac Rep. They will hype the job up with examples of incentives for different sales teams such as vacations, bonuses, etc. Then, second round is individual and this is where everything starts. The training, testing, etc. they forget to mention.
It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
Met with district regional manager, in person interview, business professional attire. typical interview questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, how do you communicate with people, etc). Overall, not difficult and this was for an internship.
sat with multiple people going through the process. It was just the info session, but it was informative. invited to go through another round of interviews, but did not proceed.
