Interview
Phone screen with a recruiter, followed by 2 technical phone interviews, followed by an onsite with 3 technical interviews and a hiring manager interview. The technical problems were challenging but manageable and interesting, and engineers were supportive in answering questions I had. Everyone I talked to was very passionate about Affirm's mission and culture! The overall process was very efficient at every stage - I got feedback soon after each interview and Affirm was able to time the process to complete before an upcoming deadline I had.

Very fast process with really friendly people. Great interview experience. The process went as such:
1. OA with standard leetcode style questions
2. Recruiter call
3. Technical focused on practical coding
4. Virtual onsite consisting of a behavioural and 2 practical coding technicals

Overall good experience. Recruiter is very helpful along the way. 2 technical rounds and 1 behavioral round. First met with an engineer for the 1st technical and another engineer a few days later for the second round technical followed by a behavioral with a manager.
