Aetna Customer Service Representative - Remote interview questions

Applied through website then gota text message for a pre interview over the phone and received video interview details. Video interview was through webex with two people. It was fairly standard behavior questions and was more of a conversation than interview. After there was a mock call that you get all the information for prior and is just used to see your phone voice and tone. The supervisor's were very nice and informational than about a week later got an offer.
