Interview
Had a screen/first round interview. It went well and they invited me back for another round and said they would send me a case study to work on and show what I could do. Later that day they emailed to say that they had misunderstood my resume and would talk to the team and get back to me about steps moving forward. I never heard back despite multiple attempts to reach out to my contact and the senior manager in their sports division.

Fluid, relevant questions asked, a bit last-minute but nothing too bad. Good interviewers who tried to connect also personally, see if the person is also a culture fit and willing to teach.
