The interviewer was dismissive of my questions regarding trauma informed care and seemed irritated I was asking them. There were so many red flags. I asked about what their deescalation policies looked like and was told that she isn’t in charge of the safety course in a irritated tone. I ended the interview early. I am pretty sure at one point the interviewer rolled her eyes at me for asking more questions during the interview. This is not a company I would recommend.
