Involved taking a personality/aptitude test... twice. Second time was done with the recruiter on a Skype call to 'ensure' it was me taking the test. Why didn't that happen the first time? Initially involved a phone screen, which we had some difficulty setting up due to some tech issues on my end, but then trying to reschedule resulted in playing phone tag with the recruiter for several days and then when the day came, the call came in several hours later as the manager had been caught in a meeting. Overall, they seemed pleasant and easy to talk to, asking some fairly technical questions followed by some that were meant to figure out what sort of position I was after. Feeling after phone screen was that things had gone well. The recruiter got back in touch after a week to let me know that the second phone interview would not be going ahead since the open position was being switched to a Front End Engineer type position and they would have to restart the interview process for it. Overall, seems like this place has some serious internal communication/collaboration issues.
