I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Achievers (Toronto, ON) in Dec 2019
Interview
There was 3 interview process. 2 over the phone and 3rd in-person with the team. The in-person interview was extremely uncomfortable because they made me present my portfolio in front of 12 designers. I never faced something like this before. The designers in the room were current employees, they were discussing their projects for the week and it was uncertain why I was there. I was confused. I can't just give feedback to those projects because that would make me look like "That guy" if you know what I mean. I knew this was a bad idea. Imagine being in a room where you have to satisfy 12 designers, that's not possible. It took over a week to get a reply and I didn't get the job.
