Applied online. Was required to take a personality and cognitive skills test. Heard back from HR within a few days time for a phone interview. After phone interview, was asked to take the cognitive portion again, in their office, to prove I hadn't used outside help. Was then offered a face-to-face interview 1 week later. Interviewed with 3 people from the department (30 minutes each), as well as HR. Received an offer less than a week later.
