I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture in Oct 2015
Interview
Undergraduate recruitment program- 1 screen round, 1 behavioral round, and then 1 case interview + 1 behavioral round.
The screening and behaviorals are easy. You'll be working for clients in consulting, so if you aren't comfortable holding conversation, this industry probably isn't for you.
Case interview was easy IMO, I had a tech implementation case (no tech knowledge required) but instead talked about synergies for an M&A and some systems they may have to keep in mind. Pretty standard case interview.
Apply online, OA games and personality questions, Phone Screen where they ask tell me about yourself etc , AC, MD interview. Relatively good process in comparison. Not much else to say really
I interviewed at Accenture (London, England) in Jan 2026
Interview
Positive, simple process, humanistic online assessment which was actually fun to do and not just math speed games, no unnecessary rounds and clear preparation instructions. Interviewers and recruiters are nice and easy going.
