Interview
First round there is an HR and a case interview, then second round there is a group case discussion with about 10 people. Typically you cannot choose the division and they dont consider much your preference but if you push enough and you are good in the interviews you can influence it
Good and user friendly. Easy and clear timeliness Provided by the HR. I did not face any challenges during the interview. Even their interview app is easy to use with good connectivity.
