I applied through university. I interviewed at Accenture
Interview
In an Accenture interview, candidates are evaluated on both technical and interpersonal skills. The technical round includes questions on programming languages, academic projects, and problem-solving scenarios to assess your analytical ability. The HR round focuses on communication skills, teamwork, adaptability, and understanding of Accenture’s values. Overall, the interview aims to gauge both your technical competence and cultural fit within the organization.
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
Had long aptitude rounds followed by 3 coding questions. All were pretty easy. Followed by a 10 minute interview held online, not technical, just asked personal questions. The coding questions had web design (HTML & CSS), basic DSA (python, C# or java)
Initial aptitude round will be there, once after clearing that round we will be moved to next technical round where we have to introduce ourselves
About my project in engineering ,asked to describe it and my role in that
Communication skills were checked
