It was an in person interview with two partners. Both of them were really calm and chill and the process went pretty smoothly. Most of the questions they asked were from the C.V.

Interview
The interview process at AZB & Partners, Pune, was professional and well-organized. My first round was with Ms. Percis Anklesaria, who had a pleasant general conversation to understand my background and interest in the firm. The technical round was conducted by Mr. Anupam, who asked detailed questions related to my experience in civil disputes and arbitration.
The discussion focused on practical aspects, case handling, and procedural understanding, making it intellectually engaging yet fair. Both interviewers were courteous and approachable, and communication from the HR team was prompt.

Question 1
They asked me to explain one of the civil disputes I had worked on — specifically how I approached the drafting of pleadings and strategized the case under the Civil Procedure Code and Arbitration Act.
The interview was for a PPO. I had to give a presentation and the questioning was based on the transactions they have worked with. Overall decent interview just that if you’re a student then answering transactional questions might be difficult for you.
