The interview process for a Sales Agent at AXA Philippines typically starts with an initial screening via phone or online to assess interest, availability, and basic sales experience. This is followed by a face-to-face or virtual interview with HR, focusing on sales strategies, customer handling, and problem-solving skills. Candidates may then meet with a Sales Manager or Branch Head for a deeper discussion on sales targets, lead generation, and closing deals, sometimes including role-playing exercises. Some applicants might take an aptitude or sales assessment to evaluate numerical reasoning and financial literacy. A final interview with higher management may follow, where the offer, commission structures, and career growth opportunities are discussed. Successful candidates then undergo AXA’s training program covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and licensing requirements before officially starting. The entire process typically takes 1-2 weeks, though it can be expedited for strong candidates.

Even upon sending an inquiry email, not once, but twice- nothing, not even an acknowledgement.
