Very difficult, a lot of effort and intense. They expect you to do A LOT of preparation. However the feedback you receive post interview is very detailed. A mixture of 1-2-1 interview and group based activities.

Interview
One interview lasted about 1 hour. I was asked to do a presentation talking about time, cost and quality of a project I have managed. They were not particularly interested in the presentation, it seemed to be a HR tickbox. The interview asked standard technical project management questions and was a medium level of relaxed.
Very casual approach, not too many steps to progress through, but trying to get updates was difficult. I understand the security requirements but if they are trying to get the top talent it needs to change.
