They’re big on:
Values & culture fit (client-first, curiosity, integrity)
Communication (how you explain things simply)
Problem-solving (real examples, not buzzwords)
Growth mindset (learning from mistakes)

You’ll almost always see some version of these:
“Why ATB Financial?”
“Tell me about a time you helped a customer/client.”
“Describe a challenge you faced at work or school and how you handled it.”
“How do you handle feedback or mistakes?”
“What does great customer service mean to you?”
How to answer (ATB-style)
Use STAR but keep it human:
Situation – brief context
Task – what you needed to do
Action – what you actually did
Result – what changed / what you learned
ATB loves answers that show learning, not perfection
