The process started with submitting an application online via the ADP website. I was contacted by an HR recruiter (third-party). A phone interview was scheduled along with profile assessment and submission to criminal and credit background check. Also, I had to submit to a drug test. Soon after I was contacted by the Sales Executive who conducted a face-to-face interview with me. We got along and had very like minded ideas about the position. He then had me schedule interviews with the two sales managers in the office. I would be working with their sales people to sell additional services which would help them attain revenue goals. After meeting with them I would say within a week I received an offer letter from corporate. Very simple and easy process for this particular corporation.
