Interviewed with 2 payroll managers, told interview would be informal, most formal interview I ever had, asked too many 3 part questions, over and over again.

It took forever to get hired on, even with internal referrals. The interview was intimidating as I had to sit across from 3 managers. It was kind of awkward and they made me feel like I was on trial.
