Informed about the position by headhunter. First call, to get to know each other. Second call, more technical questions. Personal meeting and interview. Third call, more focus on technical issues/topics. All is going well, but they a final call with a director is required. One month passes, suddenly 2 directors would like to have a call. Then nothing, total ignorance. Eventually I gave up, yet after 10 months, I was advised that I did not moved to a further selection round. Totally unprofessional approach, but typical.
