Prettig ontvangst, prima gesprek en informele sfeer. Gesprek was met vacaturehouder en recruiter. Nadruk gedurende het gesprek lag op wie je bent als persoon, en of je binnen het team past.

Interview

Main interviewer was not very friendly, but the production manager had a good flow in the interview. The salary discussions were a bit awkward, especially since I'm a foreigner they tried to be a bit frugal.

I was contacted by recruiter; met with him in Helmond first, accordingly I had 1 online / 3 face to face meetings with the hiring manager and team members in Helmond. It took 6-7 weeks.

- why do you want to work here? - what makes you happy? - where do you see yourself in 2 years? - what would you do if you get an offer from ASML? .. no technical questions about with my background and too many private questions related with social and family life which I find disrespectful.
