Probability of paying out each die number is 16.67% per roll. So, over time, the casino will pay out $3500 per player. $3,501+ is the price to come out on top.

$701 based on the probability involved. [1/6 x ( $21,000) ] / 6 = Price of Game * 5/6, x = 700 so add 1 dollar to the price to come out on top.

In addition to how much you think the casino should charge a player, also think about how much it costs to place that game on the casino floor.
