Interview
Overall it is very straight forward, at least with the boss of my department. Questions asked are very typical (strength, weakness, why you want to work here, etc.) However, there is much that is kept under the rug regarding work conditions and company culture, and you will unfortunately find out once you start working at the company.
first, you need to go to the store fill out the application and summit to the supervisor, then wait for phone call for interview, once you hire, they will call you back for orientation.

Question 1
easy interview questions, just talk about yourself, ask your preference schedule, expect salary etc.
Fast. Not too many questions, mainly related to customer service skills. Should prepare answers for around 5 questions and you'll be fine. Not competitive wages but flexible work hours. The hiring manager often gets back to you in about a week

Interview
I saw the ads and walked in to ask if they were hiring cashiers at the customer service center. Then I met the manager for just a few minutes and started a quick interview then I got it on the spot.
