Interview
The whole selection process had 4 rounds
1. Video recording submission on a few experience and behavior related questions
2. First round with hiring manager
3. Product Management skill-related assignment followed up by an explanation round
4. CEO round
After the CEO and Hiring managers' go ahead. The HR team will start working on an offer letter.
This is where it all starts to get messy, even after 4 rigorous rounds of selection, they will treat you as if they are doing you a huge favor by offering you this job. This will be reflected in their compensation offer as well. The communication with HR team was a huge letdown and I just want to say if you throw peanuts you get monkeys.

Got contacted through party the recruiter. An interview was scheduled with the hiring manager. It was a technical review. Discussion was about past experience , educations & general product based questions
