First step is a recruiter screen, followed by a hiring manager call, and then a mock cold call exercise with two managers about a product or tool from a previous company.

Interview
Their process has 3 rounds. First round is with the recruiter then the second one is with the BDR manager that goes more in depth into sales. After that there is a mock exercise.

Are you comfortable with the possibility of moving around within the company and changing responsabilities?
Unorganized with room for growth. Be prepared to speak only numbers and results if you expect to move forward. It seems as an employee, they don't seem to care about you but more what you bring.
