The interview process consisted of three well-structured stages. The first was with the Art Director, where the focus was on understanding my creative profile, my way of working, and my overall vision within the field. The second stage was with the modeling team, where we went deeper into technical aspects and how I could fit into their workflow. Finally, the last interview was with the CEO, who showed interest in both my experience and how well I would align with the company’s culture. Overall, the entire process felt smooth and professional; everyone was friendly, approachable, and very clear about their expectations at each stage.
