Pros

Very dynamic, great people, diverse and inclusive team, good career opportunities, fab benefits (free food, massage, health coverage, etc).

Cons

I don't have any negative comments, I enjoyed my time at Yahoo, learnt a lot and made good friends!

Does Yahoo offer a wellness program?

Pros

Good benefits, kind and smart coworkers, communication during COVID was more than expected/helpful, great ERGs.

Cons

Growth is difficult, once you're in a position and you didn't negotiate well, you're out of luck. Now that the acquisition is happening, leadership is painting a rosy picture, yet we're experiencing high attrition. We're losing talented people everyday and can't replace them fast enough. It could be due to the acquisition, but this was going on before. Teams are overwhelmed/understaffed and there doesn't seem to be solutions coming from leadership.

Advice to Management

We're losing great people because the teams aren't being listened to, something needs to be done and soon. Also, shout out to Andy and his hats, its a simple but wholesome each time there's an All Hands/Q&A and we get a small description of why he chose that hat that day.
