Pros

There is no better job culture out there. The leaders and management work so hard and go out of their way to ensure their team members success. The flexibility and uncapped income opportunity make this a phenomenal opportunity, ESPECIALLY for young people. I wouldn't trade my experience here for the world.

Cons

Requires lots of self-motivation -- only a con if you are not a hard worker with drive.

Wonderful community of positive and inspirational leaders. Uncapped earning potential, opportunity to positively impact a team of young people.

They had long training days, but it was very informative.

Keep communicating with people in the group and allow them to feel even more safe talking to their managers for advice.

Vector Marketing is all I get asked about in interviews. The training program is known by many companies and the real world experience can't be found many places for young people.
