What is overtime like at Servcorp?

Pros

There are no “best reasons” to work at Servcorp. The positive is learning how to interact with a certain level of business people, wording and mannerisms.

Cons

Other than that - this job paid poverty wages. Refused to give a raise after two “promotions” (ie: more responsibility) , no pay transparency between centers. My team was really amazing, but the amount of cat fighting/gossip between centers and managers was a bit ridiculous. If you plan to work here, the coffee is decent. The work is *not* hard. Set boundaries, and literally keep it 8:30-5:30. There is no overtime, the bonuses are not reachable in the American market.

Advice to Management

Giving cost of living wages, as well as client review based raises would raise morale and keep turnover low

There is no overtime, the bonuses are not reachable in the American market.
