It’s retail so work life balance isn’t good. You will miss all holidays with your family minus Christmas day, thanksgiving day, and Easter day. Commission is decent but regional manager messes with commissions and sales floor can tend to be toxic because you are on a commission only basis. Over all a good company. You know what you are signing up for when you work retail

If you're not used to working commission only jobs, it can be stressful. It's hard for new employees with little sales experience to get going but with some patience and practice, it can pay off. Sometimes, unethical behavior from a few can demoralize the group, especially when they're rewarded by management.

Encourage a team environment by rewarding good behavior of those who sell ethically.
