What is the salary like at Recruit Holdings?

Pros

I worked at recruit holdings about 10 years. This company has very good relationships and is easy to work. Communication stress is low. There are a lot of colleagues who carry out mission with a sense of responsibility. I recommended for good people and those who want want to work.

Cons

Company always want to ask the opinion of employees. I do not recommended for those who do not actively improve their work. It is difficult to grasp the whole because there are many organizations. There are many types of employment, but there are salary gaps.

Advice to Management

Recommend creating a trade union. It need to make it easier to raise our salary to help keep employees motivated.
