evil corporation that literally squashes you for everything you have illegally keeps full time employees as contract workers so they receive no health benefits or severance randomly layoff 25% of company and send an email the morning of to cause panic like some dystopic tyrannical child-king literally brought in a "corporate psychologist" to tell everyone how lucky they were to work for this company and that working from home is lazy

You will often take on a load of work, very little to no raises. You will have to fight to get those things and get noticed to potentially get promoted. It is easy to feel overlooked. They are on the lower end of the payscale.

Pros

Nice facilities, Free coffee and snacks, Good co workers, some are good people. It was a great learning experience.

Cons

There is no collaboration between team members and no team work, layoffs

Watch performance and see who is trying to contribute to the success of the company. The employee who is trying to add value.
